Can Payment Link transactions be directed to a specific gateway?

Does Payment Links have an expiry time?

By default, payment links do not have an expiry. The same web payment link can be used multiple times until the transaction is successful.

However, if you wish to set an expiry for the payment link, include the 'expiryInMins' field in the Session API request. Even for Payment Links generated from the Dashboard, you can set the expiry value from Advanced Payment Options.

What payment flows are supported on Payment Links ?

Can payment links be restricted to specific required payment modes?

Are Payment Links supported only with the HyperCheckout (Payment Page) product?

Does Juspay support distributing payment links?

Yes, Juspay supports this feature. Payment links can be sent to customers via email, SMS, and WhatsApp from the Juspay dashboard. You can utilize this feature by selecting the 'Notify Via Email', 'Notify Via SMS' and 'Notify Via WhatsApp' options while generating payment links from the dashboard.

Payment links generated via the Session API can also be sent via email, SMS or WhatsApp by including send_mail, send_sms or send_whatsapp parameters.

Can we customize the message text that is being sent via SMS/WhatsApp through Juspay?
