With the **EMI transaction flow** , customers are redirected to Amazon to authenticate, select their preferred repayment tenure, and confirm the transaction. Amazon handles eligibility verification, credit underwriting, repayment management, and collections. Merchants receive payment as per standard settlement timelines without bearing any credit risk.

> Amazon Pay Later (EMI) is available only to eligible Amazon customers identified during the eligibility verification process.
