| Error Category | Action |
|---|---|
| USER_ERROR | Error due to user input. Retry with same PI |
| BUSINESS_ERROR | Error due to business logic. Retry with different PI |
| TECHNICAL_ERROR | Retry with different PI |
| USER_DROPPED | Low intent user |
| VALIDATION_ERROR | Check request / configuration & take action accordingly |
