About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Creative Design Lead, to join our team.

This role requires a deep understanding of visual design tools, techniques, and current trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop creative solutions with significant visual impact, influencing the look and feel of everything from our website to our all forms of communication across brand and product marketing.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  1. Lead creative design strategy across platforms and enhance brand through static and motion design elements
  2. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Development, UI/UX Design teams and Merchant stakeholders
  3. Manage creative process from concept to production, including ideation, storyboarding and multimedia content creation
  4. Convert complex products to visual representations while maintaining quality and timelines
  5. Understand target audience needs and adapt designs for maximum engagement

What We Are Looking For:

  1. 2-4 years in creative design with strong vision and proven expertise in visual and motion design
  2. Technical proficiency in: - Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Figma - Protopie (advantageous) - Lottie animations (plus)
  3. Strong foundation in design fundamentals: layout, typography, and color theory
  4. Impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality illustrations, videos, motion graphics with strong storytelling
  5. Excellent communication, presentation skills with high degree of ownership and execution ability
