About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our international go-to-market team, with a focus on driving European expansion from our Dublin office. This is a critical, high-impact role for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-stage organisation and is ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle; from lead generation to closing deals - while navigating the complexities of the payments industry.

This is not a routine sales role with a rigid playbook. As a key member of the international growth team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, build partnerships, and influence our product roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in establishing Juspay as a trusted partner for enterprise clients in Europe’s competitive payments landscape.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Sales: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise deals with large merchants, banks, and financial institutions, leveraging your understanding of the payments ecosystem
  2. Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute Juspay's European expansion strategy, tailoring our value proposition to regional market needs
  3. Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including payment processors, networks and technology partners, to strengthen Juspay's ecosystem
  4. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with global teams across India, APAC, MENA, LATAM, and North America to ensure cohesive strategies and knowledge sharing
  5. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
  6. Be the Face of Juspay: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise and innovative solutions

What we are looking for:

  2. Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role, with a strong preference for experience within the payments or fintech industry

  4. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to excel in a flat organisational structure, working effectively with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to achieve shared goals
