With that initial traction secured, we are now building our international footprint across multiple locations - including Europe.
About the Role
We are hiring the first (founding) members of JUSPAY’s international go-to-market (strategy and sales) team; with a particular focus on European expansion.
This is not a coin-operated sales or account management role, with paint-by-numbers playbook and tick-the-box mentality.
Rather, it is a “day 1” role for individuals comfortable helping set strategy, qualify leads, manage partners, inform the product roadmap… and much more besides.
What we’re looking for
- You are smart, driven, creative, entrepreneurial, naturally curious, interested in solving hard problems, and comfortable operating at growth-stage speed.
- You enjoy a flat organisational structure designed to reward self-starters.
- You have X years of experience in e-commerce payment acceptance, transaction banking, financial services consulting, or comparable domain. (X is a range, as years in seat is an imperfect signal; it’s what you’ve done with your time that counts).
- This role is based in Dublin and predominantly focused on Europe - but we are also expanding in APAC, MENA, LATAM, and NAM. Regional collaboration will be key.
