# CRED Pay




### Feature Specification



Transactions initiated through the CRED Pay payment method can only be processed through the CRED gateway.

### **How it works** 




#### Step 1



The user navigates to the payment page from the merchant app.


#### Step 2



Verification of CRED eligibility is conducted based on the provided mobile number. 

Only users registered with CRED are eligible and will be presented with the CRED Pay option on the payment page.


#### Step 3



User opts to pay using **CRED Pay** 

* **Scenario 1** : Intent flow is invoked if CRED app is installed on the user's device. This is possible for mWeb, Android and iOS. In app CRED Pay option opens on top of the payment page where users can select the payment mode and complete payments.

* **Scenario 2** : If the user is transacting on a Website or the user does not have the CRED app installed on the device, CRED collect flow is invoked. A push notification is triggered to user’s CRED app, which the user can open to complete the payment.

#### Step 4



The user completes the payment through Intent or Collect flow and is redirected to merchant’s app. CRED cashback is added to user’s CRED account.

### **Analytics** 



You can use the Transaction Analytics Module in Juspay Dashboard to monitor the traffic and performance of CRED Pay payments.
