# Things to keep in mind!

> * Please ensure that credentials received from CRED have been configured correctly.
> * Chek if the flags are enabled : `Send metadata` and `Is web enabled`
> * If you are not using the Juspay checkout page, please make necessary payload changes mentioned in the Integration documentation following the same syntax.

### How do I check Analytics regarding CRED Pay?

Please find the steps for checking Analytics on Native OTP below: 

**Step 1:**  Login to the Juspay dashboard, Click on the **EC Operations Tab**  present on the left side panel.

**Step 2:**  Go to **Transaction Analytics** 

**Step 3:**  In the filters select add filter and choose gateway CRED.

**Step 4:**  Add subtype filter to view the distribution of collect and intent flow.

### If a customer has never used CRED will it be shown on the payment page 

No, only users registered with CRED will qualify for the CRED Pay option, and it will only be visible to them.

### Can I decide to not use my reward cashback?

Yes you will find the option when redirected to CRED app to remove the cashback amount.
