# Settlements & Recon




## Overview



The **Settlements & Recon**  tab provides detailed information about the settlement and reconciliation status of an order. This feature is crucial for finance and accounting teams to track the flow of funds from the customer to the merchant's account, ensuring that all transactions are correctly settled.


## Accessing the Feature



1. Log in to the Euler dashboard.
2. Navigate to the **Orders**  module.
3. From the **List Orders**  page, select the **Order ID**  for the order you want to check.
4. In the **Show Order Details**  view, click on the **Settlements & Recon**  tab.


## Step-by-Step Usage Instructions




### Viewing Settlement Details



* This tab provides a summary of the settlement status for the order.
* You will find the following information:
  
  * **Settlement Status** : The current status of the settlement (e.g., `SETTLED`, `PENDING`, `UNSETTLED`).
  * **Settlement Date** : The date on which the funds were settled to the merchant's account.
  * **Settlement UTR** : The Unique Transaction Reference number for the settlement, which can be used to trace the transaction in bank statements.
  * **Fees** : A breakdown of any transaction fees, gateway charges, or commissions deducted.
  * **Net Settlement Amount** : The final amount credited to the merchant's account after all deductions.


## Permissions and Roles



* **Access** : To view the Settlements & Recon tab, users need the `orders` permission with at least **Read-Only**  access.
* This is a read-only feature. No actions can be performed from this tab.
