# Analytics & Monitoring



1. Use the **Transaction Analytics Module**  on Juspay Dashboard to view the traffic volume and success rate of card transactions that were processed through Native OTP flow
   
   Use the dimension `Juspay DOTP` to distinguish between different card transaction types

* `Juspay DOTP` value **true**  is for card transactions processed through Native OTP flow
* `Juspay DOTP` value **false**  is for card transactions processed through Bank OTP page using 3DS protocol

2. Use **SDK Analytics Module**  on Juspay Dashboard to view step-wise funnel for Native OTP flow. Understanding the end customer experience will be easier with the following data points available at your disposal: 
   
   * Count of Card payments eligible and initiated for Native OTP flow in a particular time frame
   * Count of payments where the OTP was auto-read by Juspay
   * Count of payments where the OTP was populated
   * Count of payments where the OTP was submitted
   * Final count of successful payments
