#### Why Native OTP?



Juspay’s Native OTP solution simplifies the card authentication step by presenting a clean, mobile-optimized OTP input screen directly on your payment page, without browser redirects or external bank pages. This leads to faster authentication and significantly reduces drop-offs caused by slow networks or inconsistent bank OTP flows.

* **PG/PA Agnostic Support** :Native OTP is now supported across multiple payment gateways (PGs) and payment aggregators (PAs). Juspay manages the integration layer, offering a consistent experience regardless of the provider.
* **BIN Coverage** BIN coverage will be dynamic. Based on the score, the Juspay SDK will invoke the native OTP flow.
* **Dynamic BIN Updates** :Juspay maintains and refreshes the list of supported Card BINs automatically to expand coverage and keep your payment experience up to date.

> * Juspay ensures that transactions are processed for all card BINs, regardless of native OTP support
>   
>   * For eligible card bins, Juspay routes transactions as native OTP flow
>   * For ineligible card bins, a standard 3DS transaction is initiated, leading the customer to the Bank OTP page
> * Achieve one-click card payments on your Android/iOS app with auto-read OTP & auto-submit OTP configurations
> * Configure the native OTP screen designs to align with your brand guidelines
> * Use native OTP screens for all card transactions including one time transactions, guest checkout flows, card EMI transactions, card mandate registrations or card transactions through Quickpay flow




### **Design Options** 



1. Native OTP section can be shown as a **half screen**  on top of your payment page. 
   
   With **auto-reading of OTP**  and **auto-submitting of OTP**  by _Juspay Safe_  module, the card transaction will get completed with a single click from the customer

> **Warning**
> * Native OTP screens will need to be created by you if you are using Juspay Express Checkout APIs for web and app
> * The feature is not available for merchants using Juspay Express Checkout APIs  Juspay PayV3 integration for card payments on web
> * The auto-read OTP & auto-submit OTP configurations are specific to Android app

### **Analytics** 



You can use the Transaction Analytics Module in Juspay Dashboard to monitor the traffic and performance of card transactions that were processed through Native OTP flow
