Setting up the gateway

Step 1: Procure credentials from CRED

Reach out to CRED team and complete the business formalities. Procure gateway credentials to get started.

Step 2: Setup CRED PG on Juspay Dashboard

  • Login link iconto Juspay Dashboard

  • Navigate to Payments > PG Control Centre > Create gateway > Search for CRED

  • Configure below credentials provided by CRED

    • Client ID (Mandatory)

    • Client secret (Mandatory)

    • Business Partner Id (Optional)

  • Review CRED related configurations:

    • Is web enabled 
      Mark this configuration as TRUE in case you want to enable re-direction flow for CRED Pay i.e in case the user’s mobile number is not registered with CRED, then user will be re-directed to CRED webpage for registration and payments.

    • Send metadata
      Enable this flag if you wish to send meta data to CRED, in addition to the mandatory transaction related parameters. This meta data will be passed by Juspay to CRED using UDF parameters and will be available in CRED reconciliation report for you.

  • Enable CRED checkout as Payment Method 

  • Save to Activate the CRED gateway
