Things to keep in mind!

Please ensure that credentials received from CRED have been configured correctly.
Chek if the flags are enabled : Send metadata and Is web enabled
If you are not using the Juspay checkout page, please make necessary payload changes mentioned in the Integration documentation following the same syntax.

Check the eligibility response for CRED, also ensure you are pointing your build to CUG during UAT if you are live with juspay payment page.

Please find the steps for checking Analytics on Native OTP below:

Step 1: Login to the Juspay dashboard, Click on the EC Operations Tab present on the left side panel.

Step 2: Go to Transaction Analytics

Step 3: In the filters select add filter and choose gateway CRED.

Step 4: Add subtype filter to view the distribution of collect and intent flow.
