  • Juspay DOTP value true is for card transactions processed through Native OTP flow

  • Juspay DOTP value false is for card transactions processed through Bank OTP page using 3DS protocol

  1. Use SDK Analytics Module on Juspay Dashboard to view step-wise funnel for Native OTP flow. Understanding the end customer experience will be easier with the following data points available at your disposal:

    • Count of Card payments eligible and initiated for Native OTP flow in a particular time frame

    • Count of payments where the OTP was auto-read by Juspay

    • Count of payments where the OTP was populated

    • Count of payments where the OTP was submitted

    • Final count of successful payments
