# Prerequisite



 Before you start integration, make sure below configuration for mandates are in place:

* Ensure that the necessary flags and payment methods are enabled in Juspay Dashboard under the respective Payment Gateway.
* Mandate Configurations are setup at the respective Payment gateway.
