# **Fetch State** 



During a digital loan application, customers’ might refresh the page, lose internet connection, or drop off before completing the loan application. Fetch State is a feature that prevents them from having to start over. It allows them to continue the application exactly where they left off as long as it is the same order.


#### **Example:** 



 If a customer completes their personal details and selects a lender but refreshes the page before the KYC step, they will be brought straight back to the KYC step when the page reloads, without needing to re-enter their information or choose a lender again.
