# **Resume State** 



Sometimes a customer might leave their application unfinished and log back in later to purchase the same product. Resume State is a smart feature that recognizes the returning customer and provides them two easy choices:

**Continue:**  Pick up the existing application exactly where they left off even if it is a new order

**Start Fresh:**  Begin a brand new application, but with their personal details already pre-filled.

Note that the parameters to recognize the returning customer can be customized depending on your requirements.


#### **Example:** 



If a customer stops halfway through applying for a ₹30,000 course and logs back in the next day to try again, the system will recognize them and ask: "Would you like to continue your saved application, or start a new one?"
