# **Overview** 



The Juspay SmartConvert Dashboard is a centralized operations console for creating leads and orders, assisting customers through financing journeys, tracking application progress, and reviewing payment and loan information.


## **How to get access** 



For the Admin Access to the dashboard, kindly reach out to the Juspay team with the authorised user’s official business email address during Onboarding.


## **What You Can Do with SmartConvert** 



Available capabilities depend on your requirement and the role assigned to the user. Typical capabilities include:


| Capability | What it enables |
|---|---|
| Creating Leads and Orders | Create a lead and order by entering and reviewing the required customer, order, and product details. |
| Track and manage orders | Search, filter, assign, and monitor pending or completed payment orders. |
| Retarget incomplete journeys | Re-engage with customers who have dropped off or have a pending application by sending payment links |
| Review order and loan analytics | Monitor Order Volume, Operational Funnel, Conversion TATs, and Loan Volume with customizable filters |
| Manage user access | Create or maintain user accounts and roles |
