# **Status Tracking** 



HyperCredit provides multiple ways to track the progress of an order and its related loan application. These methods help keep your system updated with customer actions, lender decisions, payment activity, and loan disbursement events throughout the loan application journey.

You can track the status using the following methods:


| Method | Purpose | Recommended Use |
|---|---|---|
| Order Status API | Provides the current status of the payment order. | Use it to determine whether an order can be fulfilled, is still in progress, or has reached a final status. |
| Loan Status API | Provides detailed information about the customer’s loan journey. | Use it to monitor stages such as loan initiation, offer selection, KYC, approval, and disbursement. |
| Webhooks | Sends automatic notifications when a status change occurs. | Use them to receive near real-time updates without repeatedly calling the status APIs. |


These methods can be used together. Webhooks provide immediate notifications, while the status APIs can be used to retrieve or verify the latest order and loan details whenever required.
