# **Customer level counters** 




### Sample customer level counters,



1. **Total transaction count in a day per customer**  - The counter **”Total txn count in a day”,**  will count the **Number**  of **transactions**  per customer and will reset itself every **day**  . FRM will return a status of ” **Passed** ” till Counter value of **4**  and will return “**Flagged**  till the counter value of  **6** . FRM by default will return **Rejected**  once the Reject value is breached.

2. **Number of UPI Collect Transactions per customer**  - The counter **”Number of UPI Collect Transactions per customer”,**  will count the **Number**  of **transactions**  per customer when Payment Method Type is UPI and Payment Method is UPI_COLLECT and will reset itself every **day**  . FRM will return a status of ” **Passed** ” till Counter value of **4**  and will return “**Flagged**  till the counter value of  **6** . FRM by default will return **Rejected**  once the Reject value is breached.

3. **Number of Unique Card Identifiers per customer**  - The counter **”Number of Unique Card Identifiers per customer”,**  will count the **Number**  of Unique Card Identifiers per customer and will reset itself every **day**  . FRM will return a status of ” **Passed** ” till Counter value of **4**  and will return “**Flagged**  till the counter value of  **6** . FRM by default will return **Rejected**  once the Reject value is breached.

4. **Number of Unique Banks in Net Banking per customer**  - The counter **”Number of Unique Banks in Net Banking per customer”,**  will count the **Number**  of Unique **Banks**  per customer when Payment Method Type is Net banking and will reset itself every **day**  . FRM will return a status of ” **Passed** ” till Counter value of **4**  and will return “**Flagged**  till the counter value of  **6** . FRM by default will return **Rejected**  once the Reject value is breached.

5. **Number of Card Transactions per customer**  - The counter **”Number of Card Transactions per customer”,**  will count the **Number**  of transactions per customer when Payment method type = Card and Payment Method = Card and will reset itself every **day**  . FRM will return a status of ” **Passed** ” till Counter value of **4**  and will return “**Flagged**  after counter value of  **4** . (Since no Reject value is given, there will be no rejection for this counter)
