Closing your merchant account

If you wish to close your merchant account, please email LotusPay Support.

Please ensure all your active mandates, active subscriptions and pending debits are cancelled, and please inform your customers in advance.

If you have a large volume of mandates and subscriptions, you can request us to cancel them in bulk.

Please export all your data from the dashboard in advance of closure.

Your user logins will be deactivated and you would no longer be able to access the dashboard.

Your API keys will be deactivated.

We will retain data for the time period specified by RBI regulations.

We will send you a final invoice for payment upon closure.

If NPCI later charges us for any mandate maintenance chargeslink icon for your active/dormant mandates, we will send you invoices to recover those charges.
