Reports for large volume and/or scheduled times

Pro Merchants with high volume can request the Reports feature. This enables exporting of large volume data, and/or creation of a report at a fixed daily time.

Viewing Reports

Go to Dashboard > Reports. The link will appear in the left menu if the Reports feature is enabled for your merchant account.

Click on the report that you want to view. The file will be downloaded.

Reports are not sent via email.

Report notifications are sent via email to your company operations email address (you can see that in Dashboard > Settings > Organisation Info > Website details). You can click on the link to view and download the report.

Reports for high volume

For up to 50,000 rows of data (e.g. ACH debits, mandates, sources), you should not face any issue with exporting the data instantly from the dashboard. If you have more than this to export, you may face a time-out issue. In this case you can request us to activate the Reports feature for you.

To generate an ad hoc report, you can continue to follow the same steps as for instant data export. If the row count is more than 10,000 rows, instead of an instant download, you'll be notified that a Report is being created. You'll be sent an email to indicate the start of the report creation, and another email to indicate the completion of report creation.

Report creation uses valuable system resources, so we limit report creation to a maximum of three ad hoc reports per day per resource type (ACH debits, mandates, sources).

Reports at scheduled times

If you want to create custom reports at fixed times of the day/week, you can ask us to activate the Reports feature for you. Just mention:

  • Day of the week e.g. Mondays

  • Time of the day e.g. 04:00 (if your volume is high then we may require your reports to be scheduled during night-time hours only)

  • Resource type e.g. Source or Mandate or ACH Debit

  • Filters e.g. variant=emandate_api

If the resulting data set is more than 1L rows, you'll need to apply more filters to reduce the count e.g. add date filters.
