Searching for items
You can use global search to find sources, mandates and debits. In most list pages, you can use filters to search for objects by their IDs.
In the LotusPay dashboard, you can search for items in two ways: global search, and list filter search.
Global Search
You can find sources, mandates and ACH debits in the global search.
Simply click on the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the dashboard, or press the forward slash ( / ) key, to open the global search modal. Then select the item type: Sources, Mandates or Debits. Then select the field name e.g. reference1 or ID. Then enter the search value and hit enter.
This returns a list of matching objects. Select the item to go to that object's page.
List Filter Search
Some list pages allow you to search by using filters. Simply click on the filter icon (eye) in the top right corner of the list table. Then enter a search query in the relevant field e.g. on the Sources list page, enter a value for Reference 1. Then hit enter or click on the green filter icon to search.
This returns a list of matching objects. Select the item to go to that object's page.
Note: List filter search for some fields is automatically disabled if you have a large volume. Then you should use Global Search instead.
