# View a mandate




## You can view detailed information about a customer's NACH Debit mandate.



Once a customer has authorised the source (mandate request), an NACH Debit mandate is set up against their bank account. This enables you to collect payments from them via NACH Debit.

You can view a mandate to see its details. First you need to find the mandate.


### **Finding a mandate:** 



1. You can find a mandate by looking for it in the Mandates page. Here you can sort, search, filter and export mandate data. Select the desired mandate.

2. You can find a mandate using the global search icon in the top right corner of the dashboard. You can search by ID, UMRN, Debtor Name, Reference 1. In the search results page, select the desired mandate.

3. You can find a mandate via the customer's page. Click on **Customers**  then select the customer, or use the filters to search for the customer and select the one you want to view. Click on their mandate ID.

On the mandate page you can view:

* Creditor name
* Mandate status
* Unique Mandate Reference Number
* Authorisation date
* Sponsor bank (the creditor's bank)
* Destination bank (the customer's bank)
* Frequency
* Fixed or maximum amount
* First collection date (start date)
* Final collection date (end date)
* Mandate references
* Mandate history
* Any ACH debit payments associated with this mandate
* Any subscriptions set up against this mandate
