View a source

You can view detailed information about a source.

Source (mandate request) starts in pending status when you create it and the customer has yet to authorise it.

Once the customer authorises the source, it automatically moves to submitted status and creates a mandate.

All sources:

1. For sources for new customers, find the source by looking for it in the Sources page. Here you can sort, search, filter and export source data. You can also use the global search icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Sources for existing customers:

1. For sources for existing customers, find the customer through search, or click on Customers in the menu, then click on the customer.

2. You will find a list of the customer's sources. Notice that in this case the source has a yellow dot beside it. This shows that it requires further action before it can create a mandate.

Click on the source reference to view in more detail. You can confirm the current status of the source in the details section.

SMS delivery

If you have opted into the SMS service for variant emandate_api and emandate_esign, you can view the SMS delivery status, and you can send a reminder SMS if the source is still in pending status.
