Withdraw a source

Withdrawing a source (for eMandates) prevents the customer from authorising the link, or (for physical mandates) prevents you from submitting the scan image for processing.

To withdraw a source:

1. Click on Sources in the left menu.

2. Find the source and click on the ID.

4. Click the red Withdraw button.
