Physical mandate scan image upload in the dashboard

You can upload a scan/photo image of a physical mandate in the source page in the LotusPay dashboard.

If your account is enabled for physical mandates, you can upload a scan or photo image of a physical mandate in the LotusPay dashboard. You can learn more about physical mandates here.

The source must be physical variant, and must be in pending status.

1. Find the source that you want to upload an image for, and go to its page. Click on Sources in the left menu and open the filter and search for the source, or click on the global search (magnifier) icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and search by its reference1 value, or find the source from the import page if you created it from import.

2. On the individual source's page, click on Upload JPG, upload the image file and crop it.

3. Click on Upload. If you want to view the uploaded image, click on View. If you want to change the uploaded image, click on Upload JPG again.

4. Check that the data in the source matches precisely with the details in the image. If they do not match, some source fields can be edited (click on the Edit button next to a field), else withdraw this source and create a new one.

5. When you're ready, click on Process. The source and image will be sent to LotusPay for processing. The source status changes to pending_submission. Click here to learn more about source statuses.
