Use the Outage Module on the Juspay Dashboard to manage outages across the payment methods in the current ecosystem

Steps to view the Outage Module:
1. Log in to the Juspay dashboard
2. On the top right side, click on the outage block beside the notification tab

No outage

In case of any fluctuations or downtime, the payment method, along with the duration timings of the fluctuation or downtime, and the UPI PSPs and handles, can also be viewed

Granular level of issuer bank and network can also be viewed for the CARD payment method

Duration of the outage on each instance for the payment method can also be viewed for analysis purposes
