Simpl PayLater, a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service, facilitates quick purchases for your customers with no additional charges. You can effortlessly integrate Simpl PayLater onto your payment page, streamlining the checkout process with just one click.

Simpl extends credit to users based on their phone number. It utilizes a robust model to approve credit for users based on their CRIF score without impacting their overall credit history on other platforms such as CIBIL or Experian.

Users can download and install the Simpl app to access complete details of their purchases, bills, and to make bill payments.

### Is the Simpl PayLater option available to all users?

No, the Simpl PayLater option is exclusively available only to those users who have been categorized as credit eligible by Simpl.

### Is mobile number mandatory for the Simpl PayLater ?

Yes, customer mobile number is mandatory as it is required to check for user eligibility by Simpl.

### What happens if the Simpl balance is not enough for a given transaction?

If the Simpl balance is insufficient for a transaction, eligibility check will fail. In such cases, either the Simpl option can be greyed out from the payment page or can also be not shown to the user at all.

### Does a user need to create a Simpl account beforehand to use the Simpl payment option?

No, Simpl approves users in real-time, and there are no prerequisites for using Simpl. Users can seamlessly proceed with the Simpl payment option without the need for a pre-existing account.

### What changes are required by my PA/PG to support this feature ? 

* In case you are using SIMPL as the payment gateway, reach out to the SIMPL team to enable support for this feature for your account.
  
  * Testing credentials and mandatory params required by Simpl are to be shared by the Simpl team to get started
* In case you want to use other supported gateways, then SIMPL payment mode needs to be enabled by the respective PA / PG
