Step 4: Testing & Validation
Test Cases that need to be tested:
Initiate a payment via your app or website using a test card or method that will fail:
Use invalid OTP
Use insufficient balance
Simulate gateway timeout (if possible)
After the failure, SmartConvert should:
Trigger a retry link via SMS/WhatsApp (depending on your setup).
Retain the original order ID, but generate a new txn ID.
Log retry metadata on EC Dashboard.
