Refund Flow for Surcharge

Juspay provides two flows with which refund against a surcharge transaction can be initiated as below,

Full Refund:
- Both Order amount and surcharge amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Please enable the flag “Include Surcharge Amount in Refund“ on the Juspay Dashboard to use this feature.
  Login to Juspay dashboard > Payments > Settings > Enable the flag “Include Surcharge Amount in Refund”
Partial Refund :
- Only the Order amount will be refunded to the customer.

If “Include Surcharge Amount in Refund” is not enabled from juspay dashboard, then order amount will be refunded to the customer excluding the Surcharge amount
