Overview

Navigate to the Recon & Settlement Module » Report Config » ➕ Create Report Config on your Juspay Dashboard and choose the type of report you want to schedule. Juspay offers three types of reports:

• Recon Report
  A complete summary of transactions that have been reconciled between systems.

• Matched Report
  Contains only those transactions that have been successfully matched.

• Discrepancy Report
  Lists all unmatched or missing transactions that require further attention.

Select how you'd like to receive the report:

• Email

• Slack

• or, Both

You can configure multiple modes and recipients if required.

Define when and how often you want the report to be generated:

• Daily

• Weekly

• Monthly

Give the report a recognizable name to help you identify it later.

Tailor the report to your needs:

• Choose Columns: Select which data columns to include in the report.

• Rename Columns: Modify column names as per your internal terminology.

• Preview Report: Verify the content before finalizing.

• Arrange Columns: Reorder columns to suit your preferred layout.

• Create Custom Columns: Define new columns with default value based on your business requirements.

Once everything is configured:

• Click on Create Report to save the configuration.

• Once the report is configured, activate it from the list of reports under the Report Config section.

• Your scheduled report is now active and will be delivered as per the configuration.
