Simpl

How it works

Step 1: The user navigates to the payment page within the merchant app.

Step 2: If eligible, Simpl payment option is exclusively displayed to eligible users.

Step 3: The user opts for "Simpl" as the payment method.

Scenario 1: For first-time eligible user:
- The user is redirected to Simpl’s website.
- The user inputs the OTP sent to their mobile number for verification and consent.
- Payment is completed, order gets placed and the user is redirected back to the merchant’s app/website.
- The user's Simpl wallet is then automatically linked to the merchant app/website.

Scenario 2: For eligible user, where SIMPL is already linked:
- Simpl is shown as a payment option with available balance details.
- The user chooses "Simpl" as the payment method.
- Transaction is completed without any redirection and order is placed.

Step 1: The user navigates to the payment page within the merchant app.

Step 2: If eligible, Simpl payment option is exclusively displayed to eligible users.

Step 3: The user opts for "Simpl" as the payment method.

Step 4: The user is redirected to Simpl’s website.

Step 5: The user inputs the OTP sent to their mobile number for verification and consent.

Step 6: Payment is completed, order gets placed and the user is redirected back to the merchant’s app/website.

You can use the Transaction Analytics Module in Juspay Dashboard to monitor the traffic and performance of Simpl transactions.
