# Smart Convert



SmartConvert is a plug-and-play payment engine from Juspay that intelligently retargets failed transactions and recommends contextual payment options to users. It improves customer conversions using automated retries, nudges, and fallback flows, reducing drop-offs from both technical and business failures.

It works in two primary modes:

1. Autonomous Mode: Automatically sends smart retry links via SMS/WhatsApp based on decision models.
2. Assisted Mode: Suggests the next best actions for agent-led conversion strategies.

No. SmartConvert retains the same order ID and creates a new txn ID for the retry attempt.

### Can we customize the message text that is being sent via SMS/WhatsApp through Juspay?

Yes, it can be customized; you can configure the required message template in the Juspay dashboard.

### What BSPs are supported for WhatsApp and SMS features?

* Supported BSPs for WhatsApp: Gupshup, Interakt, Celetal/Karix
