Card Bin Based Offers

Bins are the first 6-digit of the card number and Offers can be provided based on the bins.Usually these offers are being provided when there is a co-branded offers with Card issuers(like HDFC,ICICI,SBI,..)

Card issuers shares the selected list of Card bins for which the offers is applicable to the merchants and can be configured/uploaded during the Offer configuration
