  • Please ensure that the mobile number is whitelisted on Simpl's end while testing the flow with test credentials in the Juspay Sandbox.

  • Please ensure that the Direct Debit flag is set to true under the Advanced Features of the Simpl gateway in Juspay dashboard.

  • If you are not using the Juspay checkout page, please make necessary payload changes mentioned in the Integration documentation following the same syntax.

Simpl option is not visible on payment page

Check the eligibility response for Simpl; the user may be ineligible for the transaction.

Transactions are failing post linking Simpl wallet, what do I do ?

Kindly check if the direct wallet token is being passed in the Process Payload(Express Checkout SDK Integration)/Transaction API(Express Checkout API).
