# Analytics & Monitoring



Use the **Transaction Analytics Module**  on Juspay Dashboard to view the traffic volume and success rate of TPV transactions.

* Merchants can use the analytics module either on Transaction level or Order level to monitor the TPV performance.
* Use TPV **Txn Object Type**  filter and select**TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_EMANDATE_PAYMENT** (for TPV recurring payments)**** /**TPV_EMANDATE_REGISTER** (for TPV registration payments) on the Juspay Transactions Analytics Dashboard for reviewing the Volume and SR for TPV transactions.

* Use **Order Type**  filter and select **TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_EMANDATE_PAYMENT** (for TPV recurring payments) / **TPV_EMANDATE_REGISTER** (for TPV registration payments) on the Juspay Transaction Analytics Dashboard for reviewing the Volume and SR at Order level.

  ### Refunds:
  
  
  
  Use the **Refunds Analytics Module**  on Juspay Dashboard to view the traffic volume and success rate of Refunds initiated for TPV transactions.
  
  * Merchants can use the **Order Type** filter and select **TPV_PAYMENT / TPV_MANDATE_REGISTER** (for TPV registration payments) to distinguish between Refunds initiated for TPV transactions and normal transactions.
