# Things to keep in mind!



> **Note**
> * Please ensure that the EMI feature is enabled at gateway end
> * Please ensure that the EMI plans are configured under the respective gateway in Juspay dashboard
> * Customer Mobile number is mandatory parameter for eligibility check on the Debit card EMI
> * If you are not using the Juspay checkout page, please make necessary payload changes mentioned in the Integration documentation following the same syntax

### How to handle if same EMI plan is enabled via two different gateways?

Juspay will route the EMI transaction based on the gateway health and if it want to route explicitly, this can be handled efficiently with the help of Juspay priority logic.
