Step 1 - Procure Gateway Credentials

Obtain the merchant credentials from the EASEBUZZ team for Sandbox (testing) and Production (live).

Please find below a sample format of credentials that you can expect from the gateway.

  • Key*: 7******1

  • Salt*: 1*******C

Step 2 - Dashboard Configuration

  • Log in to the Juspay Sandbox environment for testing. You can alternatively use Prod environment directly for testing, in case there is no traffic for your Juspay account in production yet and you have prod gateway credentials.

  • Navigate to: Payments Module > PG Control Centre > Other Gateways > Search & Select "EASEBUZZ".

  • A pop-up titled "Select Environment" will appear. Choose Live or Test Credentials based on your access, and click Proceed.

  • (Optional) You may skip adding a Gateway Reference ID at this stage. Click herelink icon to know more about gateway reference ID.

Step 3 - Configure Payment Methods

Configure the payment methods as per your business needs using the Juspay Dashboard. Enable or disable payment methods your business will accept through EASEBUZZ on this screen.

Step 4 - Advanced Features (optional)

Following Advanced Feature Flags are available under EASEBUZZ, enable them for specific features/flows:

  • Customer Fee Bearing Surcharge: Enabling this flag allows you to pass on the MDR/FEE to the customer.

  • CVV-less: Enabling this flag allows you to have the cvv less flow through this PG.

  • Emandate: Enabling this flag allows you to create mandate payments with instruments other than CARD.

  • S2S Integration: Enabling this flag allows you to have the seamless S2S (Server to Server) integration.

  • Split Settlement: Enabling this flag would allow you to settle the transaction amount into multiple acquiring bank accounts.

Step 5 - Configure Juspay URLs at Gateway

Refer to the Webhook Section under the gateway on PG Control Centre to get the list of Juspay URLs that need to be whitelisted at the gateway end.

Step 6 - Testing

Test all payment flows using the sandbox environment. Ensure that all enabled payment methods work as expected and the callbacks are received correctly.

Step 7 - Go live

Switch your configuration to production credentials on Juspay Dashboard after thorough testing, and inform gateway to enable your production credentials if required.
