# Pine Labs (PINELABS_ONLINE)

## Step 1: Procure Gateway Credentials

Obtain the merchant credentials from the Pine Labs team for Sandbox (testing) and Production (live).

Please find below a sample format of credentials that you can expect from Pine Labs.

* **MerchantID/ MID:** 1**598
* **Access Code:** a39**d4-4**7-474d-929d-21bf0****607
* **Secret Key:** 55E0F73224EC4********B47ACAE
* **Bajaj Schema Code** (Optional, for Bajaj EMI)

## Step 2: Configure Gateway Credentials on Juspay Dashboard

1. Log in to the Juspay Sandbox environment for testing. You can alternatively use Prod environment directly for testing, in case there is no traffic for your Juspay account in production yet and you have prod gateway credentials.

   * Sandbox: [https://sandbox.portal.juspay.in](https://sandbox.portal.juspay.in)
   * Production: [https://portal.juspay.in](https://portal.juspay.in)
2. Navigate to: Payments Module > PG Control Centre > Other Gateways > Search & Select "PINELABS_ONLINE".
3. A pop-up titled "Select Environment" will appear. Choose Live or Test Credentials based on your access, and click Proceed.
4. (Optional) You may skip adding a Gateway Reference ID at this stage. [Click here](https://docs.juspay.in/resources/docs/common-resources/gateway-reference-id) to know more about gateway reference ID.
5. Enter the credentials shared by PINELABS in the respective fields.

## Step 3: Configure Payment Methods

Select and enable the payment methods you want to activate. Ensure these are also active on the PINELABS gateway side.

## Step 4: Advanced Features (Optional)

You can configure advanced flags, and additional settings as needed.

* Disable EMI: Enable this flag to disable EMI transactions through this gateway.
* Default Product Id: [Optional]
* Merchant OEM Name: This is your OEM Name configured at Pine Labs end. Required only if you're utilising merchant funded Offers via Pine Labs.

## Step 5: Configure Juspay URLs at Gateway

Refer to the Webhook Section to get the list of Juspay URLs that need to be whitelisted at the gateway end

## Step 6: Testing

Test all payment flows using the sandbox environment. Ensure that all enabled payment methods work as expected and the callbacks are received correctly.

## Step 7: Go live

Switch your configuration to production credentials on Juspay Dashboard after thorough testing, and inform PINELABS to enable your production credentials if required.
